FAQ

What should you know about working together?

At our first meeting, we’ll get to know each other, discuss your goals and requirements, and work together to map out how our collaboration will proceed.

This varies from person to person and depends on the problem, your goals and your progress. In most cases, even just a few sessions can bring about positive change, but deeper changes take more time to achieve.

I offer both one-to-one and group consultations in person in Budapest and Esztergom, and I am also available online.

You can simply get in touch by email or by text message. You’ll find our full contact details under the ‘Contact’ menu item.

You can cancel or change the agreed appointment in writing at least 48 hours in advance.

I tailor my approach to individual needs, incorporating art therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and other techniques.

It’s perfectly normal if not everyone finds the right professional for them straight away; we can’t work with everyone. In such cases, let’s discuss it calmly and find the best solution together.

My consultation fee is currently 25,000 Ft per session, and I will provide you with full details of the payment terms when we first get in touch.

Every conversation is completely confidential and private, so you can feel safe.

I do not deal with serious psychiatric or crisis situations, nor with problems which, from a professional point of view, require intervention by a clinical specialist or an addiction specialist; nor do I work with children.

There’s no need to worry. The first session is really just about getting to know each other, and you decide how to proceed; the process can be broken down into stages. We’ll take each step together, at your own pace.

A session usually lasts 50 minutes.

We’ll meet via an online video call, which is just as confidential and effective as a face-to-face meeting.

If you’d like to share similar experiences with others and receive support, group sessions might be just the thing for you.

It could be painting, drawing, writing, creating collages, rituals or even movement exercises – always tailored to the individual and adapted to the needs of the moment.

As part of our collaboration, we regularly discuss any changes and your feedback, and adjust the objectives as necessary.

It’s best to let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange a new time and give others the chance to use that slot.

It’s at your convenience – if you’re only a few minutes late, just come along. If it’s any longer than that, I’d appreciate it if you could let me know by text.

Usually at the end of the day, and if I’m attending a training course or travelling, then as soon as I get home.

The decision to end therapy is a joint one; it does not happen suddenly, but gradually.
