A qualified psychologist, therapist, coach, mediator and life coach. An encouraging, inspiring person and a lover of the arts.

A space for working together

Are you ready to understand yourself better?
If so, you’ve come to the right place. To help you develop, I’d recommend a a safe, non-judgemental, protected therapeutic space, where we can talk about you and everything that’s on your mind, the problems you face in everyday life, and the things that are troubling you.
Change starts with you.

Professional experience

I have nearly two decades’ experience working with adults, in both public institutions and private practice.
Through my therapeutic exercises, questions and life coaching advice, I have helped many clients to:

feel more comfortable in their own skin,

gain a deeper understanding of their past,

may be renewed by accepting oneself,

communicate more effectively,

manage internal and external conflicts more effectively,

learn more effective coping strategies,

feel freer and stronger,

take their relationships with themselves and others to a higher level,

or achieve the goal he cherishes deep in his heart.

“Bernadett didn’t hand me the solution on a plate; rather, after we’d worked together, she helped me become the sort of person who has enough self-reflection to uncover life’s great mysteries. When I was at my weakest, she didn’t try to „fix” me – she simply kept me safe. When I made mistakes, she didn’t blame me – she simply helped me understand the reasons behind them and take responsibility. When I didn’t know who I was, her questions guided me to a place where I could reconnect with myself.”

She’s kind and attentive, and you can tell she really knows her stuff. The therapy didn’t feel like work at all; it was more like a journey. A journey that really gave me something.”
